    wide grip pull ups

    is there any advantage of adding weight when doing wide grip pullups, by using the "dip belt"?

    If your sets are easy to you yea strap on some weight bro.

    Ditto what he said, your lats are like any other muscle, if bw pullups get to easy, tac on some weight, only way you're gonna stimulate hypertrophy is to overload.

    Very much so, I wouldn't start a set w/o some added weight.

    Most definately it will help...I will also add that this is the best overall exercise for adding width (flare) to your latisimus dorsi (lats).
