I like to train with high intensity manner, Drop sets, Rest-Pause.
It's boring and frustrating to train the conventional manner.

Here's a example like how i train chest :

Dumbell Press
1x15(48 pounds each hand)
2x12(70 ...)
1x until failure (92 ...)
Bench Press (Rest-Pause)
1x failure (242 total)
rest 20 seconds
1x failure (242)
rest 20 seconds
1x failure (242)
Incline Bench
Press
(equal to anterior)
end pec training.

That type of training added some size to my chest, although it's naturally a big bodypart, i felt some progress after i began this workout. And you brothers, what do you think about this type of training ? Opinions, Ideas ...
