    Pre-Work out Boost???

    Its been a long time since my last post and thanks to everyone for all the great advice. I came off gear in august and just recently off creatine, Does ANYONE have any advice for a good pre-workout meal or energy booster that is not ephedrine or creatine related. Thanks guys

    I agree with chinups. I have, on occasion, taken a cup or two of coffee, put a couple of ice cubes in them and shot them down.

    I agree with the bro's... coffee is a good boost. I am not big on coffee so when I do take caffeine it gives me a rush. I'd recommend caffeine pills, because I can't stomach the taste of black coffee.

    Well, how about an ECA stack and some complex carbs an hour or so before going to work out.

    I don't beleive in a pre-workout boost. If u can't get through your workout without a boost, u shouldn't be working out.

    yep sounds about right to me, if you need a boost then you havent eaten enough during the day... but a bowl of oats does wonders for a workout.

    THIS WILL DO IT I do it every leg day

    Buy a sampler packe of Yellow Jackets from gas station.
    Take a black/yellow and yellow at same time. Wait 45 min.
    You will be wired ----
    Dont kill yourself though
