hardgainers...whats your routine?
Hey, I wanted to know how you (ectomporphs) split you working out routine and diet? Basically how does your cycle look like? and what works best for you?
1. What are your stats?
2. How do you split your workouts?
3. How does your diet look like ?
4. What are your goals?
5. Your tip for other ectomoprhes

eat healthy, but as much as possible...i generally tend to workout in the a.m. so i can have the rest of the day to recover from soreness all day while at school and work. get as much sleep as you can, no less than 8 hours, and stay away from booze. i find that even one sixpack in a week really wastes important calories for trying to maintain. i split my training into 5 days a week and never exercise each body part more than one or at most 2 days a week to promote proper healing and growth. also, i tend to keep gains better by getting about 75% of my protein per day from real food as opposed to a high percentage with shakes. if you want to grow, eat like a champion, lift like a champion, and sleep like a champion. ask some more specific questions because everyone is different...
