Training volume while on/off
Hey guys,
I'd be interested to hear how much more volume of training you guys can handle while cycling as opposed to when your clean. Some guys like to train every muscle twice a week while on, and once a wk when off. I find for me, I keep everything once a week but increase sets a little and of course weight in according to how I feel. How about everyone else? How does your training differ when your on, as opposed to not using anything? Interested in hearing some response.
