    Best Butt Builders for Mass -- Juicers Respond please.

    Hi all,

    Even if its squats.
    JUICERS ---
    I want to hear some examples of your programs in the past when you noticed the most soreness and the most mass packed onto your ass.
    Geez that sounds awful... Im talking about workouts here people lol. :P

    Natural guys I would like to hear your routine also but please put a note if your natural.

    err.. Squats super-set with hack squat, Then lunges super-set with seated leg press, then calf stands, donkey calf stands, Laying leg cur, and to finish off with Drop set Leg extensions.

    I have never done Hack squats. Do hack squats hit your ass pretty hard?

    if you put your legs farther out infront of you. i am a master at getting the ass big. my is freaking huge. i will probablly get marked down for it during competition. AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
    i geuss it happened b/c i used my ass in the squat to lift the weight. just bend over and push from your toes. oh, and if you have long legs then it is much easier to get an ass big. thats my prob.

    I'm really dying to know why you so desperately want to pack mass on your ass. Is it like a hillbilly thing or something?

    hahaha why? Ok I have a question for you. Why would a hillbilly want a big ass lol?
    Anyways I have short legs -- Researched hack squats though and Im gonna throw in on leg day.
    Oh yeah. I want a big ass because chics dig it.
    Anyother good ones out there? --- ?

    You can do squats and at the top of the movement squeeze your ass in for a peak contraction, then slowly let go, as if it were an extra rep, then go for the squat.

    do squats in the smith machine and put your feet way in front of you, it focuses almost all the weight on your hamstrings and glutes. i did them yesterday like that and can barely sit down.

    I moved my legs forward a lil it really made my hammies and lower back sore but didnt seemed to affect my ass much. I tried to focus on it also.
