I was still sore from my back workout (7/2) on Mondays shoulder workout (10/2). I had trouble doing my traps b/c of it.
And today mainly my hamstrings and biceps are really beat up, i love it

    Monday: Legs
    Tuesday: Chest
    Wednesday: Back
    Thursday: Arms
    Friday: Shoulders
    Sat/Sun: OFF

For some of you guys who put chest on Mondays, personally I find that on Mondays, generally a person mood is kinda shitty. Not only is it the beginning of the week, but you just got back from the weekend. I used to do chest on Mondays, but moved it to Tuesdays, and both my friend and I couldn't be happier! We feel MUCH better and relaxed doing it on a Tuesday then a Monday. Also, some might say that, well then you will be tired from the previous days workout, and you always wanna be fresh for a good chest workout. Well that's why I put legs on Mondays, so that my upperbody is still nice and rested from last Friday, and so ready for Tuesdays. I've been doing this for about two months and it's feeling fantastic!!!

Good points Terinox, also at some gyms it's like a national chest day holiday or something. i avoid that by benching in the power rack which seems to only be used for leg lifts at my gym For some reason, all weekend, i look forward to my chest workout, then all week look forward to legs, It just seems natural at this point, kinda weird. Also, legs on Friday gives me 2 days for them to recover, which is the best part of my routine.

    Day3- Rest
    Day4- Legs/abs/calves
    Day5- Chest/Abs
    Day6- Bi's/Tri's/Calves
