how i came about this, i'm trying different tech. to train my chest (upper) which is really lagging behind, why?
it feels that i'm stuck totally on my chest workout, tried different routines, but, just can't get to go heavier, no matter wat i try...
any ideas, pls

but have you tried drops,negatives,exhausts and principles like that???

negatives i have tried, but not drops or exhausts, can you give me an idea on this?

drops sets when you start with say 50lbs pressing for 8 reps
you'll drop the weight and go to fatigue, then drop the weight and go to fatigue and so on
exhausts you start with a isolation move then move onto a compound move, like flyes then moving onto bench press
