    Height: 6'3
    Weight: 247

Ok im in a point that im undecided if i should try to just do weights or do cardio or both, i rly want to know what would benefit me to lose the most bodyfat the fastest, i usually walk for 2 hours and 30 or so a day when i used to walk and with weights i workout for around a hour or so and 20 minutes of hiit after.

    which is the best option?

What would benefit optimal fat loss is a nutrition program designed to do so, in conjunction with both cardiovascular training and weight training.

All 3 would be better than 2 or 1.

Cardio is so good for you, many benefits. What's more it works the most important muscle of all- your HEART!!!

I also believe that anything that improves the mind-body connection and ability to focus such as a good hard 30 min run will be beneficial to weight training.

at 23% body fat, I'd be doing cardio every day if I were you.

Or at least 6 days a week.

What's your current training and cardio schedule like?

Right away mate. Do everything... don't walk for 2 hours, run for 2 hours! Put your back into it and the fat will come off quick. Mind over matter. Been there, done that before. But you must also put your brain into it and have an adequate diet!
