    bw: 232 lbs
    best bench 505lbs 1 rep max

    currently just one month after a bb contest (got 3rd)
    age 41
    bw 218
    best bench so far 410 for one rep max with a pause

    6'5 255 max was 405 but i did
    225 12 times
    275 10 times
    315 10 times
    365 5 times
    385 2 times then i did
    405 for 1....That was my best about 4 weeks ago...IVe tried it agian since but havent been able to...

    weight: 170 lbs, max: 210 pounds, im a youngin

    buff daddy's bench isnt unbelievable at all, have u ever seen a powerlifter. they often have to push the weight about 10 inches. i wanna know how long buff daddys arms are, makes a huuuuge difference.
