Ok, so I've been lurking for some time....

I've hit a plateau with my last workout, so I know it's time to switch it up. I am doing a Hi-Low workout for the next 5 weeks.
My question is, would this type of workout be "OK" for using during a cycle or do I need to incorporate more days, exercises and/or variation during the cycle?

Clarification: I obviously, have NOT done a cycle - but I am continuing to educate myself, so when I do - I'll be prepared. I don't want to follow some other workout plan, but I need to know what has shown consistent results. Is a Monday/Wednesday/Friday too little - or does it all depend on the intensity (becuz this routine keeps me sore all week long) Here's the workout:

Monday: Chest, Triceps and interval cardio
Barbell Incline - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
DB Press - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Barbell Decline Bench - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Barbell Close grip-bench - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Weighted Dips - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Double Crunches 2 x 20
Leg Raise 2 x 20
20 Minutes hi-low interval treadmill

Wednesday: Back, Biceps and interval cardio
Barbell Bent Over Row: 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
T-Bar Row: 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Straight-arm pulldown: 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Barbell Curl: 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Incline Dumbbell Curl: 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Hammer Curl: 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
20 Minutes hi-low interval treadmill

Friday:Leg, Calves, Shoulders & interval cardio
Barbell Squat - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Leg Press - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Leg Extensions - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Romanian Deadlift - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Standing Calf Raise - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Barbell Shoulder Press - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Barbell Upright Row - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 3 x 5 @ 80% 1RM, 1 x 30 @ 40% 1RM
