I got this routine out of a muscle and fitness magazine. It only takes a short time, but it worked for me the first time I tried it.
Dumbbell Wall Curl 8-6-4
Hammer Curl with Shoulder Press 10-8-6
Drop Set Dumbbell Curl 3 sets til failure with no rest
Crazy Eights
- get a barbell with medium to light weight. Do one rep and rest one second, then do two reps and rest two seconds on up to 8 reps and then go back down to one rep.
i just tried everything. rebelman's strategy seems pretty good.
