i am now 250 lbs 6.1" ,17%bf my arms are like 16.25" coldi curl about 145lbs is this good or should i curl more regarding my weight and my arms size.

Do what you can as long as you are keeping srict form and not swinging the weight around like an idot. Theres nothing more that irritates me in the gym when seeing guys doing more weight than they can handle and they end up not using correct form through the whole movement.
