Sorry to bring up the topic again , but there things are really bothering me, lol, any way when im doin my bent over rows, i could go wide and close right grip right? Any ways , when i do them , am i supposed to throw my back into so i can get more of a lift , or am i supposed to keep my back as still as possible and lift it, i think keeping still will give more of a burn , but what way is the corrcet way?
