What are the Body For Life cardio sessions like?
I am not sure I completely understand how the cardio is supposed to be on this program. I know the workout routine(lifting) and the diet, but I dont fully understand how to do the cardio part. I am thinking of giving it a try(the cardio) along with my own lifting routine and a 1/3 diet.

I think it involves 30 mintues of sex 4 times a week.
Any other cardio isn't worth doing

abstrack's right its hit type of cardio
in the book they have levels of intensity for cardio
starting through 1-10
1 being walking 10 being full out running
your upping and downing the intensity through the whole thing
havent read that book in a while but i remember they have a chart
in the book use that as your reference
i tried the body for life cardio program and i thought 20mintues was nothing at first but you really get your ass kicked if you do this right

Thanks for the help guys and girls. I tried it today but kinda forgot how the rotation went. I ended up doing more more sets. I ended up with 23 min altogether but I did it wrong. Instead of starting each set over with level 5 I started with level six. I started with level 5 for the first 2 min, then I did four sets going from level 6 to level 9 and then back down to level 6 then back to 9, etc. So I totaled 4 sets of this, then I finished off with 2 min of level 5. You think that will mess me up too much when I go back to do it the right way next time???
