If you eat around 6k calories, take AS, and have great genetics, by all means try it

You must remember, you do not grow in the gym. You build when you rest so fit in some down time.

Arnold's routine was a freakin killer
From what I know he would do each muscle group twice a week... he'd also train 6 times a week, twice a day (morning AND afternoon workouts). Personally I have no idea how he had time to recover with that approach. Either this man was on drugs much heavier than he's letting on or his genetic potential was just super human...

getNthere, thats an awesome rumor! i doubt it. Arnold is a pretty sharp person. I don't think he would guinea pig for anybody.
i tried his routine and ended up completely exhausted by the end of the week. simply impossible for most humans, but a gorilla...

the thing about arnold is that he had the greatest genetics of them all. He's still incredible today. Having said that, some of his info is out dated.

Hasn't Arnold had at least one if not multiple open heart surgeries...a man in his physical condition shouldnt be having heart problems unless he had serious genetic weakness to heart disease or, he took some craaaazy stuff back in the day. My moneys on the latter.

None of us are Arnold and his routine was absolutly insane, if i could even handle one day of his workout while still smoking pot i would be a pro, but its not going to happen, and yes arnold smoked pot.
