any higher than the nipple line the delt becomes in volved, also if the incline bench is over 30 degree's the delt's are involved.

    Hey there Decoder,

I've been doing decline but I've been raising the bench to about 40 - 45 degrees. From what you posted I should just leave it at 30 degrees? If I do leave it at 30 degrees, will my lower pecs grow more?

    Thanks allot,

    Bobbo

Whenever you use too much of an incline/decline on bench your shoulders will do more and more of the work, you just want to switch the angle of attack from straight to putting a little more emphasize on the lower/upper chest.
