    Day 1-back/ tri's
    day 2-shoulders
    day 3-off
    day 4-legs
    day 5-chest/ bi's

    mon-chest & bi's

Actually I also needed someone to critique my routine.

    Mon: Chest & Tri's
    Wed: Bi's & Back
    Fri: Legs & Shoulders

I dont' do much cardio because I am a hardgainer.

AquaFrook- I'd put your leg day in the middle to give your upper body a rest.

    Just note:

If you are really working your arms hard and doing bi' and tri's together, then you can't do chest 2 days later. Arms should be done after chest, back, and shoulders have all been done.

I always follow a routine like this:Monday-chest and abs, Tuesday-back, Wednesday-legs, Thursday-shoulders and abs, Friday-arms. Than of course Saturday and Sunday off.

Looks pretty good, but I would move arms to friday and allow another day of rest between arms and chest. Also, why are you doing 20 min of cardio only once a week?

im doing 20 minutes of cardio a week bc i walk a lot and i don't want to run too much when im bulking. i just want to run to keep my heart in shape, i might throw in another day of cardio tho, probably sometime in the middle of the week. the reason i didnt put my arms after my shoulders n back is bc i want to allow 1 days of rest bc ill be using my biceps during back day.

Biceps are a secondary muscle when doing back. They shouldn't be that sore or fatigued from a back workout. If they aren't still fatigued 2 days after an arm workout, you aren't working them hard enough. Bi's and tri's are a secondary muscle group when working back, chest, and shoulders. You can work arms after they have been used as a secondary muscle, but shouldn't be used as a secondary muscle after you have trained them. For example, if you do tri's before chest, your chest workouts will suffer because your tri's will fail before your chest. hope this makes sense.
