    Cutting up, change routine?

    if im looking to cut up, besides changing your diet, and/or supplements, do you guys reccommend lifting differently? for example, less weight more reps....as opposed to when i was bulking up, i would do high weight, less reps....im not sure what to do, any suggestions or knowlege is appreciated....thanks fellas...mike

    The only thing in your workout you need to change is to take less rest in between sets to keep your heart rate up IMO

    Try more supersets.It sure does burn more cals and I believe it helps with symmetry as well.Well, if you have got symmetry hiding in you,it will bring it out.
