Anyone on the Indy-Pro-wrestling circuit? Need some advise
I started training for pro-wrestling and want to know if there is any specific target training you guys would do to strengthen certain areas. Like taking back bumps, my neck feels like I've been carrying a 45lb plate in my mouth and my arms are sore from breaking the falls. Also I know just being in the ring and working will get you conditioned fast, but I want to help it along.. any advise would help
