good gains possible from 3 day workout
hey fellas i have recently stepped up my martail arts to about 5-6 days a week and i was working out about the same so i feel that might be over training. the days that i would spar i would count that as cardio but i feel it might be too much. is it possible to make good gains with the weights working out only 3 days a week. like mon, wed, fri or something like that. my next cycle is coming up soon so i want to have everyhting in check.thanks any op would be great

You can make gains from 3 times a week...
Four days rest weekly would allow for sufficient recovery and deter over training. Recovery is good - as you know, you grow out of the gym. The only problem with 3 days a week is supplying enough stimulus during training. You'd need to train with sufficient intensity and doing as much as possible in just three days without keeping your workouts too long. It's possible, but a tough balancing act to follow...
