    NEED ADVICE FROM PRO's ONLY

    i weigh about 190 and power lift everyday....but am very slightly fat around thighs and stomach.....after my workouts...i run about a mile or so....i was wondering if that would affect my strength gains, but I am seeing increasingly results... please help me

    ALSO ONE MORE THING.....HOW CAN I FIND OUT AT HOME...IF I AM OVER WEIGHT ....???? THAT CALCULATION????

    well if you want to lose the fat you should do some light cardio. that shouldnt affect your strenght gains at all. for the calculation are you talking about your bf% or yuor BMI. if you lift i wouldnt go by your bmi cause yuor muscle weighs alot and it will tell you that your overweight even if yuo have a very low bf.
