Anyone have a killer workout I can use?
Mine goes like this
Bi's
Preacher curls 3 sets 40pds 50pds 55pds
Bi curls stright bar 3 sets 40pds 50pds 60pds
Bi machine 3 sets 30pds 40pds 50pds
Concentrated bi Curls 3 sets 20pds 25pds 30pds
And theres a few other workouts I use on diff weeks
Tris
Skull crusher 3 sets 30pds 40pds 50pds
Close grip 3 sets 50pds 60pds 70pds
Machine pull down 3 sets 30pds 40pds 50pds
and there a few more
Are you supersetting at the moment??

4 sets with long straight bar 8,8,6,6
single arm preacher curl 8,8,6,6
hammer curls 4 sets of 8
seated dumbell curls on incline bench 8,8,6,6
tri's
close grip bench 10,8,6,6
overhead extensions 8,8,6,6
v-bar extensions 8,8,8,8
single arm reverse extensions 8,8,8,8
I might just try that.
21's are my favorite Bi move..they really helped my strength and my size....lo before them i was going nowhere...after them i doubled my curls
ahh the pure pleasure of standing next to a big guy, curling 35# dumbbells and pickin up the same thing and matchin him rep for rep ;)
