Mine goes like this

Preacher curls 3 sets 40pds 50pds 55pds
Bi curls stright bar 3 sets 40pds 50pds 60pds
Bi machine 3 sets 30pds 40pds 50pds
Concentrated bi Curls 3 sets 20pds 25pds 30pds
And theres a few other workouts I use on diff weeks
Tris
Skull crusher 3 sets 30pds 40pds 50pds
Close grip 3 sets 50pds 60pds 70pds
Machine pull down 3 sets 30pds 40pds 50pds
