Are either of these programs any good?
I found these online tell me what you think.
Heres the background on the add 50 lb to your bench http://users.rcn.com/dl.interport/bench2text.htm
Im not sure how to incorporate that into my 5 day,MWFSSu, split. I also dont see how I can do more bench on shoulder day as I already do Military or Shoulder Press, Deltoids (Anterior, Posterior, Lateral), 3 Trap exercises and it takes me like 1.5 hours to do. Give me some help here...

they both are good use em both and see which on works better for you
