The easiest way to improve your posture IMO, is remember when you were a little kid and you went to the doctors and the doctor measured your height. When he told you to get on the scale you would try to stand up as tall as you could to get every inch out of that scale? Well it's that easy try it you'll see for yourself. It will take some practice but soon it will become second nature.

To work on posture......just remember to sit upright and don't slouch when walking. At least that's what I've done pretty much my whole life and it seems to have worked. Of course if I didn't I would feel my grandmothers hand across the back of my head. LOL

    Hey there Joel,

I do the Back Extension. It's normally done with a Roman Chair. I have a pool table at home. I put a chair next to the pool table, stomach down on chair with feet under pool table and perform Back Extensions. It had helped straighten out my posture immensly. I used to slouch all of the time, not anymore.

    Hope this helps.
