    cardio 4 days/week

    i already begin my cutting cycle test/clen i will be doing cardio 4days/week but i am confused in wich days should i do it this my workout routine:
    monday:chest,bic
    tuesday:abs
    wedneday:back,tri
    th:abs
    friday:shoulders,traps,forarms
    saterday:legs

    Well you know you dont wana do cardio on a legs day...... so i would do it on monday/tuesday /thurs and friday
