    Hey there Liztic,

I do sqauts and leg presses like the others but one other thing I do is abs between set on a decline bench. While doing abs on the decline I tighten the glutes. My wife tells everybody I have a smaller butt than hers.

I would say squats works pretty good, amybe in a smith machine so you can put your feet a little bit in front of yourself while doing the exercise!? Lunges probably wouldn't be bad either.

Lunges & the straight legged dead lifts have been working for me...Also the standing single leg curl machine...

Bobbo, your a smart guy....some of us gals get our feelings hurt a little, so it's just better to say nothing than to let us hear what we may not want to hear. Unless we ask!!! hehe
We ARE aware if something needs to be worked on....

Give me an example of a question you're referring to.
