Many of you know that I recently incorporated weight training into my routine in hopes of reducing my body fat %. Along with the lifting, I also started eating more includiing whey protein and EFAs.
Here are my results.
5/13/02 203lbs - 20.4% bf
2/16/03 196lbs - 17.4% bf
3/16/03 191lbs - 14.2% bf

4/20/03 184lbs - 12% bf
Thanks to everyone who has given advice. As you can see I take it to heart.
I think I'm going to start Xenadrine on Monday for 2 weeks on, then 2 weeks off to see what results I get.
My goal is single digits by July!
