Anybody out there have any positive results from working abs like any other body part, i.e. heavy weights/low reps once a week as opposed to hi reps/every day (or almost every day)?
I ask because this guy at my gym does abs once a week just like I might do my chest and he has an amazing pack (yes, yes, I know diet accounts for most of this but he has a better mid-section than 90% of the guys doing endless reps/sets).
