    what all think of knew schedule?

    Heres my knew weekly workout schedule tell me what you guys all think please input any suggestions.....
    mon-chest calves
    tues-back bis
    wed-shoulders tris
    thurs-chest calves
    frid-quads hams
    sat-
    sun-

    Well I'd put legs in the middle of the week to give your upper body a rest, also I wouldn't do chest twice a week unless you're on gear. Doing shoulders and chest back to back isn't good either since your arms won't have a chance to recover...if you do a push one day you want to do a pull the next.
