I've been out of the gym for over 4 years now and want to start up again. Because of mariage, kids, and the job (well LIFE) I slacked bad..

Back when I was really into it (Lifted religiously for over 8 years, and hit the gear twice), I was working each body part once a week and I concidered myself to be in pretty good shape. 5'11" 220+ 8%...
Now I'm 33.....5'11" 200 16%... Damn I'm fat!!!

I've read alot lately about starting over again by working the entire body every 3 days with basic movements and only 2-3 sets per body part for at least a few weeks.

I'm looking for some advice as to what type of workout I should start up with... Any and all comments are needed...
