hey, just wanted you guys to check out my work out sch. and see if u agree with it,
stats:
Mesomorph(my legs are lill skinny, i carry alot of my weight in my shoulders and back)
18 be 19 in a month
5'7
160lbs(was 175 around dec but i tore my wrist up bad on new years eve with a karate chop to the door of hotel room cause we lost the key, yes i know very stupid)
All work out start with 5 min of cardio to warm up
Day 1: chest/back
day 2: legs/abs
Day 3: off
Day 4: Bis/tris/forearms
Day 5: cardio for 30 min/abs
Day 6:shoulders
Day:calves/stretchin mybe a yoga class or somthin
Day 8: off
