    abs workout

    i am cutting fat right now i am doing abs 2 times/week do i need to do it more than that ??

    It's all up to how your body responds. They're a small muscle group and rcover faster so you could work them more often if you want. When bulking, I train them 3 times a week, when dieting down I train them ED.

    Agreed, I play it by ear with my abs sometimes they get 2 times a week sometimes they get 3.

    Just because your cutting doesnt mean they need more work. When trying to cut up its all about diet.

    Yes. You won't ever see your abs, no matter how hard you work them unless you get your BF down low enough. Diet and cardio are the only answer.
