abs workout
i am cutting fat right now i am doing abs 2 times/week do i need to do it more than that ??

It's all up to how your body responds. They're a small muscle group and rcover faster so you could work them more often if you want. When bulking, I train them 3 times a week, when dieting down I train them ED.

Just because your cutting doesnt mean they need more work. When trying to cut up its all about diet.
