Big Kevs Workout

I have tried big kevs workout for a weekand I feel great after it. Has anybody else tried it and how did u get on?

What does the work out look like can you link me to it?

So I take it BigKev was a scammer, huh? He was on here right when I first joined, haven't seen him since.

for all the good he did helping alot of people here it's a shame things turned out like they did. people just go one of two ways in life.good or bad.

I'll agree. Kev did help alot of ppl out including myself but he chose to go a different direction.
And about his workout: I think it's a good workout plan, it worked for him obviously but remember he was using that for 8-10 years straight w/ out switching it up at all, which wouldn't be recomended...

I like his workout, but he left a bad taste in my mouth. Got my first source from him. The clen came, but when I order a full cycle, nothing. Haven't order my first cycle yet, until I am ready and 100% comfertable about the source. But he has been bashed enough here, his workout is still worthy, even if he is not.

He Ripped me off too.
