    20 rep squats!

    What’s going on bros I was wondering how many of you 20 rep squat? I just completed my short-term goal of squatting 250 20 times. Let me tell you it is one of the hardest things I have ever done in a while. I want to know your experiences with 20 reps or your accomplishments with squats in general.

    hey bro when i was in college our coaches made us squat 20 rep maxs to prove we could do it. Some of the guys where insane 475-20reps.

    One of the best workouts, you go ass to floor for 20 slow controled reps, not may can finish more than 2 sets.

    Yeah, 475 is alot of damn weight. An important thing to also remember is to not sacrifice reps for proper form, and to go as low as possible.

    I find that after i 20 rep squat 2 weeks in a row, when i go to squat on the 3rd week, i feel way stronger and dont fatigue as fast

    Negative bro, below parallel is better than actually stopping at parallel. Also check some searches there have been numerous posts that cover this and within those posts are studies and various reputable citations proving the point.
