:unsure: when i work my byceps, the bicep heads are almost never sore????? i get a good brun during th wrkout, but for some fuggin' reason the tendons are sore???!!??! could it be too much weight, form, what???

Do you want them to be sore? Soreness is no indicator of progress, just buildup of acid....

i'd prefer the bicep heads be sore, not the lower tendons, should i focus on super strict form??
Do you swing or lean with your back while doing curls? Try going lighter reall strict form and see how that goes.
