My overgrown muscles...please help
I have a real problem with my left tricep brachii (lateral head) and my right soleus muscles...they are overgrown compared to its counterpart. I have tried to work the opposite muscle to make the symmetrical but it seems that the larger overgrown muscle always feels like i worked it out harder. Any hints how to overcome this? any info will be great!

Well, the thing is, since you're working both muscles and the dominant ones are bigger, naturally it's going to feel like they got more attention since there's more muscle to work.
If that makes any sense...
I have the same problem and I know I've worked the weaker/smaller one harder if that side is tighter and more sore than the dominant one for the next few days.
