weekly workout
I just started this about 3 weeks ago and i actualy really like it, i just wanted to see what you guys thing about it
(run a mile at 5.5mph befor every work out other than legs)
Monday-chest
tuesday-legs/abs
Wednesday-off
Thursday-Bis/tris/forearms
Friday-cardio 40min(split 30 running, 10jump rope)abs
Saterday-back/shoulders
Sunday-usaly off sometimes i just run
usaly I try to hit each muscle group with 3 to 4 Excises
If i do 3 Excises per msucle group i go 4x 8or10
at 4 i go 3x 8or10
usaly matters how good i feel that day

when do you hit traps and calfs?

traps with shoulders and back, calfs with legs(i hate legs some reason i just cant get tha pump goin, so i like to do it all in one day)
