curls, squeeze at the peak of the movement.
contration curls
one arm curls
cable curls
alternating curls
close grip barbell curls
preacher curls
all movements squeeze the peak and hold then work the negative holding strict form. Dont swing the weight!!! Dont compensate your form or the excercise just to load on weight. Do the excercise right and take full advantage of it.
the muscle seperation that comes from good lateral deltoids at the point of incision inbetween your bi's and tri's?if that's the case then it's a combination of pronounced lateral delts and significant arm size.actually, you could have shit arms and great lateral delts and get that seperation.if that's what you're asking
I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Are you talking about the upper bicep, tricep, or anterior deltoid? You might get a lot more input if you restate the question a little differently.
