i'm 15years old, i weigh something like 130-140lbs, my bench is only 70pounds but i do 12 reps of 4 sets. dumbells is about 20pounds. should i add some weight?
what i do is, one day of back & legs, one day of chest/bench press/triceps, and one day of shoulders, biceps. is this a good routine? it works pretty good but i need advice from the experts ;p
