I'm looking to lose a few pounds over the next 2 months or so. I'm not really about bodybuilding, I just want to lose a few and work on my abs.

A few years ago, in highschool, I was active within the football and track teams. I was in good shape then, but since college started I've had no time to do anything but study and work. I should have 3 days each week where I can go and workout. What would you guys recommend me do for a workout and a diet? What foods to stay away from? This is going to be tough for me, I normally go to Chik fl a everyday for lunch.
