Was just wondering if there is a technique to checking for gyno...is all im looking for a "ball" behind the actual nipple? will it be obvious?also there is a difference between gyno and plain ol' puffy nips huh? Thanks in advance.

If you have a lump you will definitely be able to feel it. Put your arm behind your head and pinch around the nipple with your other hand. I have a lump in on right side but my left nipple has more of a fatty tissue feeling. Hope this helps.

There is a huge difference between a lump and puffy nips. Lumps are actual breast tissue. Thats not a good thing IMO.
