pre-exhaustion on chest workout
how many of you use pre-exhaustion on chest days,
ie doing cable crosses or pec dec before presses?
fyi: i have never done it but wonder if it's any better??

I've recently started using this method to try and improve my chest development. It seems to be working, but I'll let you know in a few months.

majorpecs... what all do you do before presses and how much does it affect your press poundages? it seems to be a good theory and all because the deltoid will tire out much faster than the pec and thus press workouts will be compromised by not getting full stimulation on pec
