warm up 2 sets non weighted pull ups to failure
dead lifts: 3 heavy sets 10 8 6
bent over barbell rows: 3 heavy sets 8 8 6
lat pulldowns: 3 sets concentrating on form and contractions over massive weight
what do you think?
