new back routine, good or bad
It's about time i switch up my back routine because im not seeing the steady gains i once was
im looking to add an even mix of width and thickness
warm up 2 sets non weighted pull ups to failure
dead lifts: 3 heavy sets 10 8 6
bent over barbell rows: 3 heavy sets 8 8 6
lat pulldowns: 3 sets concentrating on form and contractions over massive weight
what do you think?

Sounds good, after all that if you still feel like at throw in some seated cable rows.
