It will not. Just keep up with a good diet and you will be fine.

The diet is always a key when you can't go to the gym.

just think of it as a little time off. you should be well rested when you come back, and you'll be able to hit it hard

Ive had mine takin out a few years ago bro, it also pissed me off.... You dont lose any visible size but it will take a few u weeks to a month to gain ur strength back.... but just rest alot and try not to worry about it. AND remeber don't hit the gym until you are 100%, because you dont want to put any strain on your body, it wil just make things worse, turst me

    You'll be fine

Yeah I know it is easy to say you'll be fine when I'm not the one that this is happening to. But you will. You should even come back with a lot better mental attiutde, lifting harder than you did before just because of the time that you had off. When this happens to me I'm more determine than ever to gain back as much as possible and I can always see an increase in my training intesities as a result. The funny thing is that I never losse that much at all, however, back in my mind I keep telling myself that I have and workout harder as a result. Good luck and I hope that all goes well with your recovery.

You'll be fine, just keep your diet on track. Don't be discouraged and when you're ready to return you'll have a ton of motivation to get back to form.
