Hey ppl tell me what your entrainment or breathing patterns are during the following activities:
1)Weight lifting
2)running

also do you tend to breath through your nose or mouth?

For example my weight lifing ratio is 1breath/rep but when i get close to failure i switch to 2breaths/rep for the last 2 or 3 reps.
i haven't figured out my running pattern yet...prolly like 1breath/3strides
