    traps and head pain?

    it seems that everytime i workout my traps the next day i get head pains and whenever i press on them hard enough it seems to diminish the pain in my head

    any ideas guys?

    It sounds like a trapped nerve to me try to massage them before
    and after you work them out...

    yeah i'll get my girlfriend to massage them. Hopefully it should ease it up a bit, it kind of stops me from hitting them real hard when i train them.

    As you are working your traps out you are crunching your head downwards as well which traps the nerve.Try to keep your head perfectly still and focus on a spot on the wall and let your traps get the pump.It is quite a common thing.

    Do a lot of neck stretching that should help as well
