Are these muscle combination's any good?

Could you guys help me out with my training combinations.

What are the best combinations, currently i train these muscles together. And are there any rules, for example always train your back with triceps. Or is any combinations allowed.

    1 Biceps + Traps

    2 Triceps + Schoulders

    3 legs

    4 chest , back

I really like this workout, or is it better to train chest with triceps.

    THANKS guys

i think as long as training from one muscle group doesn't effect another i think your pretty safe. You dont want to exercise large muscle group such as back and chest when your supporting muscles are fatigued, such as your tris and bi's.

    i usually do, chest/bi's, back/tri's, shoulders, legs

    good luck on your split.

    peaker i am the same

Go with what peaker is doing..i do the same...when working 2 muscles on the same day...i prefer to go with aposing muscles..like the back and tris and chest and bis..and i do shoulders and traps, then legs..works the best for me. I don't like working back and bis and chest and tris together..can't give tri and bis a good work out..they are already tired. IMO

I train on mon, wed, fri, and sat.

    gives lots of rest...like i said..give this a try

Shrez: I feel the same way! i do my traps with my shoulders and legs on a different day.

The way i have it now, i can get a better workout for my bi's and tri's having them mixed in that combination.

    Work out

I useually pull my trcipes with my chest as in many chest excersises the triceps are worked out as well because they are a secondary muscle group in many chest excersises.

I always do traps with my shoulder routines as they are secondary muscles in many of these excersises as well. In fact I will do a split routine incorporating my shoulders, back and traps in the same day.

Good that you have your legs on a day by themselves. They can really take the extra load and useually reguie it for proper developement.
